What is Static Mixer?

Static Mixer function is simple, fluid flowing through a pipe is channeled through a geometric arrangement of mixing elements. The element geometry is such that the fluid flowing through the elements will divide, mix, divide again and mix again until complete mixing.

How does it Work?

When we flow two or more materials through simple duct or tunnel, we will have unmixed or improperly mixed mixture on the output end. But if we put some diversifying panes inside the tunnel in a manner which results influence of each material with the other, this will force one material to be mixed thoroughly with the other one. That is the basic fundamental rule behind the work of static mixer.
